Summary
Director of Product role at Mindex leading K-12 software ecosystem development (SchoolTool, ClearTrack, MTSS Edge, Integrations Platform, Advanced Analytics). Reports to CPO and serves as vital link between company goals and product team execution while managing a team of Product Owners.
Skills & Tools: Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills with expertise in product management, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership. Experience with SaaS product development, user research, and ability to translate customer insights into product direction.
Qualifications: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; 2-3 years of director-level leadership experience at a SaaS company and 5-7 years of SaaS product management experience. Familiarity with K-12 systems and EdTech preferred; knowledge of New York State regulatory requirements a plus.
Location: United States
Compensation: $140K–$240K/yr
