Role Snapshot
Senior Paralegal at Finalsite supporting a wide range of legal matters in the EdTech industry while ensuring compliance and risk management. This remote role offers the opportunity to make substantial contributions to a dynamic, growing K-12 education technology company.
Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including SaaS contracts, software licensing, and partnership agreements; assist with compliance and regulatory issues related to data privacy, intellectual property, and education laws; conduct legal research on EdTech issues and support cross-functional teams with timely legal guidance.
Skills & Tools: Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively across departments. In-depth knowledge of standard contractual provisions and experience with compliance matters.
Qualifications: Certified Paralegal with at least 10 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or with a law firm. In-depth knowledge of standard contractual provisions required.
Location: United States
Compensation: $70K–$95K/yr
