This is a fast-moving role that will only be open for 1 day (the role starts at the end of this week!!)

- Must-Have Skills: eLearning Development using Articulate Storyline plus examples of storyline development available in your portfolio (not Rise!)
- Targeted Rate: $45 USD per hour on a 1099 OR Corp to Corp
Join our team as an experienced and innovative eLearning Developer who specializes in creating dynamic and interactive online learning experiences using Articulate Storyline. This is a thrilling opportunity for a talented individual passionate about enhancing education through advanced technology and instructional design.
Key Responsibilities for eLearning Development
- Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and other eLearning authoring tools.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate their vision into engaging learning modules.
- Ensure courses are accessible, visually appealing, and function seamlessly on all devices.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to guarantee optimal functionality of eLearning modules.
- Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, audio, and graphics to enhance learning.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline including triggers, variables, and interactive quizzing.
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript in the context of eLearning.
- Excellent project management skills, adept at handling multiple projects at once.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating accessible content that adheres to WCAG standards.
- Familiarity with additional eLearning tools like Captivate, Lectora, or similar applications.
- Knowledge of LMS integration and SCORM/xAPI compliance.
- A portfolio showcasing previous eLearning development projects is highly desirable.
