Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Instructional Designer who will excel in eLearning development and project management. This role involves working directly with the Director of Learning & Development (L&D) at our client to deliver innovative and high-quality learning solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong Quality Assurance (QA) capabilities to ensure optimal product delivery.
Role Overview
- Location: USA Remote (Candidates must be based in the USA)
- Commitment: Contract basis, estimated up to 40hrs/wk. (subject to verification by our client)
- Compensation: $55 - $70/hr
- Duration: The project is anticipated to last approximately 2 months, with an expected completion in February, subject to client verification.
- Start Date: Starts Immediately
Primary Responsibilities
- eLearning Development: Design and create dynamic, interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and other industry-standard tools.
- Print and Visual Design: Develop print design materials that complement digital learning components, ensuring cohesive and engaging educational materials.
- Scenario Development: Conceptualize and build in-depth, interactive scenarios that enrich the learning experience for participants.
- Project Management: Lead eLearning projects from conception through to delivery, managing timelines, resources, and expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous QA processes to uphold high standards of content accuracy and user experience.
Essential Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in eLearning and project management.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Articulate Storyline and other eLearning authoring tools. Familiarity with HTML and digital learning platforms.
- Project Leadership Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex projects with strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- QA Proficiency: Strong skills in quality assurance, with a proven ability to maintain high delivery standards.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
