The Recruitment Marketing Manager at Huron is a crucial role that blends strategic marketing expertise with a deep understanding of college recruitment dynamics. This position requires a seasoned professional skilled in leveraging a range of marketing strategies, including digital, print, and email campaigns, to effectively engage traditional undergraduates, transfers, and graduate students. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using the Slate CRM platform to optimize recruitment efforts and achieve enrollment goals.
Qualifications
Required:
- U.S. work authorization is required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience in recruitment marketing, preferably within higher education or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of college recruitment processes for traditional undergraduates, transfers, and graduate students.
- Proficiency in using Slate CRM for managing recruitment activities and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of email, print, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
