Senior CRM System Administrator responsible for managing and optimizing HubSpot and Salesforce platforms at SchoolMint, a K-12 enrollment solutions provider. The role combines CRM administration, systems management, and SaaS metrics reporting to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities: Manage, configure, and maintain CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce), implement workflows and integrations, ensure data hygiene, and oversee system infrastructure reliability and security. Track and report key SaaS business metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM performance and usability.
Skills & Tools: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce administration, strong IT systems knowledge, SQL or scripting capabilities for data management, and experience with SaaS metrics tracking. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills with ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 3-5+ years of CRM administration experience (HubSpot and/or Salesforce). Background in accounting and IT systems, with hands-on experience managing SaaS business metrics and system integrations.
Location: Remote - Remote US San Jose
Compensation: $85K–$130K/yr (estimated)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Systems Administrator with a strong background in CRM management—specifically HubSpot and Salesforce—to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines a deep understanding of IT systems with a background in accounting and computer science, and who has hands-on experience tracking and reporting SaaS business metrics.

Location: Remote in select US states and San Jose, Costa Rica.
Hours: Available to work core hours aligned with the Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zones

What will I do?

CRM Administration:

  • Manage, configure, and maintain CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce).
  • Implement workflows, custom fields, integrations, and data hygiene processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize CRM usability and performance.

Systems Management:

  • Oversee system infrastructure related to CRM and other business software tools.
  • Monitor performance and ensure system reliability and security.

SaaS Metrics & Reporting:

  • Track and report key SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and customer engagement.
  • Develop dashboards and regular reports to provide visibility into performance and growth.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Partner with Finance and Executive teams to align metrics and reporting with business goals.
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users as needed.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on CRM platforms.
  • Strong background in CRM backend configuration, automation, and integration for Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data structures and reporting tools.
  • Experience with SaaS business models and associated KPIs/metrics.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and automation tools.]
  • Proven experience in end-to-end system migration projects
  • Certifications in Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement.
  • Hard-working, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with tools such as Salesloft, Planhat, Totango, Zendesk, and Dataloader.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APEX, and other querying or scripting tools used for data management and CRM customization.
  • Experience with HubSpot administration.
