Job Summary:
The Quality Control Assistant ensures the educational content developed is reviewed, formatted and uploaded to provide educators and students engaging videos, slide presentations, lesson plans, projects, and activities for a variety of subject areas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains and populates lesson specific database program.
- Maintains and populates a standards correlation database program.
- Responsible for maintaining an interactive based assessment program.
- Answers customer support questions regarding content and general troubleshooting.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Proficient with copy editing/proofreading skills.
- Familiar with database coding and management preferred.
Education & Experience:
- Associates degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
