Summary

Part-time administrative assistant position supporting a dynamic team at Hudson Global Scholars in Columbia, Maryland. This role provides essential operational support through calendar management, document handling, and general administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars and schedule meetings, prepare and format documents, order office supplies, and coordinate travel arrangements including flight and accommodation bookings. Provide additional administrative support as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office tools, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to manage multiple tasks independently while handling confidential information.
Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative or support role required. Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently in a part-time capacity.
Location: Columbia, Maryland, United States (In-office)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $18.00 – $22.00/hour based on title, seniority, and location.

Part-Time Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team. This part-time, hourly position is ideal for someone with administrative experience who excels at managing schedules, handling documents, and keeping operations running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare, format, and print documents as needed
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and office organization
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed
