We’re looking for a driven, proactive, and exceptional Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”). You will play a critical role in driving our financial planning processes, delivering insightful analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making across the company. This is an opportunity for someone to lead a critical function at a fast-paced, mission-driven B2B SaaS company, partnering with the broader finance team and business leaders across the company to help deliver financial results. Your work will inherently be cross-functional and you will regularly be working with executives to support best-in-class FP&A workflows. You will report to our CFO and enjoy autonomy leading projects in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities
- Drive annual financial planning process cross-functionally with intimate understanding of our business.
- Lead monthly business reviews & collaborate with Biz Ops teams to build CEO/CFO level dashboards.
- Tracking actual business performance to budget with qualitative understanding of the deltas.
- Support quarterly re-forecasting process cross-functionally building off annual plan.
- Communicate and report out performance to company executives & board.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise
- Strong academic background with a track record of over-performance.
- Ideally 2+ years of investment banking or related financial training experience.
- Ideally 2+ years of SaaS FP&A experience in a high-growth & fast-paced environment.
- Grit, hustle, and a “get-it-done” attitude -- no task is too big or too small -- with the ability to context switch between strategic thinking, problem solving, & execution related tasks.
- Quantitative & systems-based by nature + obsessed with process improvement.
- Impeccable attention to detail supported by excellent written & verbal cross-functional communication with a tendency to over-communicate.
- Motivated self-starter with ownership mentality, a track record of success, & a proven ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks while hitting deadlines.
- Experience with 100% remote environments (or willingness to learn!) would be a competitive differentiator.
