Qualifications: Familiarity with the IT/Cyber field and/or government contracting is preferred but not mandatory. A portfolio or examples of previous social media work are required.
Location: This position is hybrid based in Tampa, Florida, requiring local in-office filming and attendance at events throughout the month.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $15 - $30 per hour.

We are seeking a part-time Social Media Content Creator & Manager to oversee and manage the social media presence for both our company and our CEO. This includes creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and aligning messaging across all platforms to reflect our brand values and leadership vision. This role is perfect for a college student or someone passionate about social media marketing who can deliver results.
This is a hybrid position that will be worked remotely except for capturing in-office and event content throughout the month. The selected candidate must live in the Tampa, FL area and have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop and curate content in collaboration with our CEO and leadership team to ensure messaging aligns with our company's vision and values.
- Film content at events, in-office settings, and other relevant activities in the Tampa area (some company paid travel may be required).
- Edit videos and photos into engaging social media posts.
Social Media Management:
- Create and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Strategy & Branding:
- Ensure content aligns with the company’s brand voice and business goals.
- Propose creative campaigns to drive engagement and ROI.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms (portfolio or examples required).
- Strong video editing and graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools).
- Ability to attend local events and film content to include evenings and weekends, as necessary.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Exceptional communication and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with the IT / Cyber field and/or government contracting preferred (not mandatory).
