Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $120,000.

About the role
The SDR Manager will be responsible for building, leading, enabling, managing and developing a best in class SDR team in Tampa, NA.
You will contribute to the health of the sales pipeline by ensuring your team consistently meets or exceeds lead generation and qualification targets, and by optimizing outbound and inbound sales strategies in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams.
The successful candidate will be ultimately accountable for the performance of the NA SDR team, with measures of success including pipeline contribution, booking contribution, conversion rates, team quota attainment and team yield. This will require rigour and process to ensure that outreach activity, engagement metrics and meeting set rates are aligned to positive results.

What you will be doing
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Defining a suitable and feasible resourcing plan for the SDR team aligned with the GTM strategy, and Marketing and Sales team goals for pipeline health and bookings.
- Attract, recruit and onboard new hires, ensuring that hiring us aligned with standards of performance and competencies to ensure success.
- Inspire and motivate the team with a clear vision, setting the standard for excellence and collaboration with a focus on contribution to revenue growth
- Define SMART team goals aligned with the GTM strategy and Marketing and Sales team goals for pipeline health and bookings.
- Equip the SDR team with the tools, training, and resources needed for success including an SDR playbook, outreach scripts, email sequences, and prospecting tools.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded & identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide accurate reports, updates and forecasts on current and future team performance against the revenue growth plan.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s, team meetings, role plays and workshops to ensure alignment on goals and address challenges, sharpening the team’s skills on an ongoing basis.
- Serve as a role model by demonstrating a commitment to innovation, accountability, and customer-centric practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the broader Sales and Marketing team to refine messaging, streamline lead handoff and enhance outcomes.
- Maintain operational excellence leveraging data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and methodologies to optimise outbound prospecting efforts and ensure high quality lead generation.
