Job Summary:
The Lead Qualifier contacts Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), assess their needs, and schedule appointments with our sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contact MQLs via phone and email to initiate conversations.
- Qualify leads using criteria like Budget, Authority, Need, and Timing (BANT).
- Schedule meetings with sales reps for qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff.
- Update CRM with accurate lead details and qualification notes.
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales on lead quality.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree in related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
