Qualifications: A strong understanding of OO & SOLID principles, agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills to relay technical information to non-tech audiences.

Location: This job is fully remote but candidates must be located in the United Kingdom.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between £50,000 - £80,000.

About us

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our UK Engineering team. Our engineers work in multi-disciplinary teams with other engineers, product managers, UX and designers to build innovative products that are used by people all over globe.

We move fast, using progressive practices like automation (for tests and infrastructure), and we’re working towards continuous delivery, lean UX and polyglot programming too. Our team is remote first and this role is open to anyone based in the UK.

What we're looking for

• .NET core development experience – we’re thinking around 4-5 years  
• Excellent knowledge of modern JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Have actively developed and tested in React & Typescript
• Proven track record of building high performing and reliable systems 
• You have developed code that runs within a cloud environment (preferably AWS and Azure) 
• You’ve used best-of-breed techniques and architectures (e.g. DDD/Event Driven Architecture, TDD/BDD, REST, SOA/micro-services, CQRS) 
• Containerization e.g. Docker, Kubernetes is a massive bonus 
• Good understanding of continuous integration systems, e.g. CircleCI, GO 
• Deep understanding of OO & SOLID principles 
• You understand and know how to apply agile principles, practices and patterns 
• You have excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex and technical concepts to non-technical audiences
