About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Professional Learning Operations Assistant to support our dynamic Professional Learning (PL) Operations Team. This role plays a critical part in coordinating over 700 professional learning sessions each year by providing exceptional administrative support, handling registrations, and ensuring seamless communication with educators and team members.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing a robust understanding of LWT's brands, curriculum, products, and professional learning offerings.
- Managing incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members, and maintaining strong customer service.
- Processing workshop registrations, including refunds, transfers, and payments.
- Owning the daily management of the workshop coordinator email inbox, responding to or forwarding messages promptly.
- Assisting with logistical coordination of PL sessions-booking presenter travel, creating itineraries, issuing completion certificates, data entry in CRM systems, and material orders.
- Supporting general office duties and contributing to special projects.
- Keeping workshop documentation current by updating forms, policies, and procedures.
What You Bring to the Team:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or office administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A self-motivated attitude with the flexibility to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills for vendor and customer communication.
- A growth mindset and collaborative spirit.
- Proficiency in MS Office and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, or stand.
