SEI is seeking a Student Account Representative to manage administrative services related to student accounts, including billing, collections, and database maintenance, while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include monitoring student accounts, preparing reports, handling billing and collections, organizing files, and assisting with business office operations.
Skills: Required skills include strong organizational abilities, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include two years of college education and two years of relevant business experience in bookkeeping, data entry, or collections.

Compensation: $16 - $24 / Hourly
This position provides valuable administrative services including monitoring student accounts and taking appropriate measures to ensure timely billing and collection of student receivables, preparing statistical reports as directed by their supervisor; and performing other general duties.
- Reviews and inputs sponsored student authorization forms to ensure all information is complete for billing purposes
- Generates and follows up on cases related to student account issues
- Oversees file organization and database maintenance
- Review sponsored students' accounts for payment status and post payments as received
- Assists with business office operations, including student registrations
- Collections for past-due student accounts
Education:
- Two years of college is required
Certificates, licenses, and registrations:
Work Experience:
- Two years of business experience (bookkeeping/data entry/collections)
Skills:
- Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills.
- Be detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Must have strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting, collections, and/or financial aid process
- Must have strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
