Key Responsibilities: Design high-fidelity interactions and features reflecting the design system, conduct user research to validate designs, and own the full design lifecycle for features. Partner with engineers during implementation, manage projects within Agile/Scrum constraints, and communicate design solutions to cross-functional teams.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency in core design methods (sketching, wireframing, storyboarding) and design tools like Figma, with ability to communicate design rationale through multiple mediums. Strong communication skills, ability to work in fast-paced environments, and experience designing with complicated back-end constraints.

Qualifications: 0-4 years of UX design experience required, with a Bachelor's degree or related field preferred. This is an entry-level position.
