Role Snapshot

Support high school, career, and college learners through their educational journey using digital tools to enhance program completion and satisfaction. Serve as a Learner Success Advocate by providing personalized, multi-channel support that drives persistence and helps learners achieve their career and life goals.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct data-driven interventions and outreach to support at-risk learners through inbound/outbound digital and telecommunications support. Collaborate with educational teams to guide learners on program selection, assist with scheduling appointments, navigate learning resources, and resolve challenges impacting learner progress.
Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal and written communication with acute active listening and empathy; proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to learn new technologies; experience with digital customer service, call center systems (Five9 preferred), and enterprise system data entry.
Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience with proof of High School Diploma required; 2-3 years of work experience with 1-3 years of digital customer service experience preferred.
Location: Chandler, Arizona
Compensation: $20/hr
