Role Snapshot
Entry-level Programmer I position focused on developing, maintaining, and operating enterprise applications while building essential programming skills through supervised learning and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Writing, testing, and debugging code; supporting application lifecycle activities including implementation and maintenance of enterprise applications; and creating technical documentation such as process flows and system specifications.
Skills & Tools: Required technical skills include SQL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Java, and exposure to web server environments (Apache, Tomcat, IIS); strong communication and problem-solving abilities essential for team collaboration.
Qualifications: Associate's degree in Information Technology with 2+ years of IT experience, or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with completed coursework in web and programming technologies. Banner Module Training required for all new hires within six months of start date.

Compensation: $40K–$70K/yr
