SUMMARY
The Solutions Delivery Project Manager will be crucial in advancing Per Scholas’s strategy to strengthen our Project Management team. This position encompasses comprehensive project management, cross-functional collaboration, and teamwork. The role involves close partnership with the Director of Project Management and the Solutions Delivery Directors, as well as collaboration with internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our strategic goals.
Our Solutions Delivery team operates with agility and influence; we employ problem-solving and collaborative approaches to successfully execute both internal and external opportunities that enhance our organization’s impact and support Per Scholas’s strategic vision. By working closely with other teams within Per Scholas, we share insights, provide resources, and develop effective solutions that contribute to our collective success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that define tasks, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Coordinate collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of tasks within projects.
- Monitor progress closely, proactively identifying risks and mitigating potential challenges.
- Conduct retrospective analysis to assess project outcomes and overall performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a primary liaison among internal teams to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
- Foster productive and effective collaborations among cross-functional teams by leveraging strong leadership skills.
- Empower informed decision-making among essential project stakeholders.
Communication and Training
- Communicate with clarity: Ensure departments have access and proper understanding of project management tools and resources.
- Organize and lead impactful project kickoff meetings with essential internal stakeholders.
- Assist project team members in enhancing their understanding of project management best practices.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support Solutions Delivery Team when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- Minimum Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a related field
- PM Certification not required, but nice to have

Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Airtable)
- Familiarity with using G Suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

COMPENSATION
For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary range of $65,000-$75,000. The salary difference is typically determined by several factors, including the selected candidate's geography and alignment with qualifications and experience.
