Summary

Leads technical and project efforts for data integration development at Minnesota State, supporting 34 institutions and approximately 300,000 students. Provides strong technical leadership and mentorship to teams working with the Enterprise Integration suite.

Key Responsibilities: Leads integration development projects, performs complex integration analysis and design, and mentors project teams on technical and development efforts. Ensures implementation and ongoing operation of data integration solutions supporting administrative business processes across the system.
Skills & Tools: Requires strong technical and analytical skills, proficiency with documentation tools (Microsoft Office suite), email and collaboration platforms (Outlook, Teams), and software design/development capabilities. Must possess leadership and mentorship abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences, and ability to work independently and with remote teams.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in custom software development within a structured environment using multiple technologies and defined SDLC. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, experience with Dell Boomi or Workday Studio iPaaS tools, data integration experience, and Agile development environment experience.

Job DescriptionThis position exists to provide technical and project leadership to data integration development that support the development and ongoing operation of the Minnesota State Enterprise Integration suite which supports administrative business processes for 34 institutions and approximately 300,000 students. This position provides strong technical and analytical skills to project teams and has deep knowledge in the integration technologies used by Minnesota State System Office IT and the associated development process rigor.
