Role Snapshot
The Development Coordinator for Planned Giving supports the Senior Manager of Individual Giving in executing a comprehensive planned giving program for the National FFA Foundation. The role manages donor communication, stewardship, and administration to achieve fundraising goals through deferred gifts, bequests, and life income gifts.
Key Responsibilities: Manage communication and stewardship of donors interested in planned giving; conduct donor research to identify prospects; oversee donor recognition events; write correspondence and marketing materials; enter and maintain accurate donor data; collaborate with fundraising team and Regional Directors on prospect follow-up.
Skills & Tools: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and time-management abilities; proficiency in Word, Excel, and fundraising software; customer service skills; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain confidentiality; demonstrated cold-calling ability.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 1-2 years of experience in fund development, preferably in higher education or agriculture-related organizations; successful experience in donor engagement and communication strategies; demonstrated record of completing assignments.

Compensation: $45Kβ$65K/yr
