Role Snapshot

The Project Manager, Product Enablement oversees the delivery of initiatives within the Product organization, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with product strategy through project management, Jira administration, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project delivery across teams, create and optimize Jira workflows and dashboards, standardize documentation practices, and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders. Provide project updates, reports, identify risks and blockers, and ensure alignment between project execution and product strategy.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include 3–5+ years of project management or similar experience, hands-on expertise with Jira, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include PMP certification, Agile methodology experience, and familiarity with Confluence and digital content development.
Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, product operations, or similar roles with hands-on Jira experience including workflow management and dashboard creation.
Location: United States
Compensation: $85K–$120K/yr
