Summary
Trafera seeks a skilled Soldering Technician to perform precision repairs on computer motherboards and electronic devices. This role is critical to supporting the company's IT solutions and maintaining strong customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair motherboards, perform precision soldering on component-level devices including SMD and BGA chips, maintain repair inventory, and conduct quality control checks to ensure parts meet performance standards.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with IPC soldering standards, expertise in diagnosing hardware issues, precision soldering capabilities on surface-mount components, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are essential.
Qualifications: High school diploma required with 2+ years of relevant experience in soldering and repair. Preferred qualifications include experience with IPC soldering standards and strong analytical abilities.
Location: Hybrid in Muskogee, Oklahoma, United States with potential nationwide travel for training and support
Compensation: $24,000/year
