Summary
Lead the strategy, design, and day-to-day management of Grammarly's Discourse forum to build an inclusive, engaging online community that fosters conversation, knowledge-sharing, and brand advocacy.
Key Responsibilities: Manage forum strategy, content curation, and moderation while ensuring safety and alignment with company values. Partner with cross-functional teams to surface community insights and integrate the forum into campaigns, product launches, and engagement strategies.
Skills & Tools: Exceptional written communication skills, strong understanding of online community dynamics, content moderation expertise, and proficiency with community platforms like Discourse and engagement tools such as Common Room.
Qualifications: 4β5 years of experience in online community management, moderation, or digital engagement, with hands-on experience running or moderating forums in SaaS, AI, or productivity platform spaces.
Location: Remote, United States (hybrid model with occasional in-person collaboration weeks as determined by management)
Compensation: $137,000 β $160,000/year
