Role Snapshot
Principal AI Product Manager at Relias leading strategy and development of AI-powered solutions for healthcare platform. This role combines visionary thinking with execution focus to embed artificial intelligence across products, elevating user experience through personalization, automation, and next-generation interaction models.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and prioritize AI integration opportunities through user research and data analysis, collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and sales teams to translate pain points into AI-native solutions, and lead a multidisciplinary team of AI engineers, developers, and designers from discovery through launch.
Skills & Tools: Strong understanding of AI and ML technologies, generative AI systems, agile development methodologies, and user research methods. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills required for stakeholder management and product strategy.
Qualifications: 10+ years in product management with demonstrated experience launching AI-enabled products. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
Location: Morrisville, North Carolina
Compensation: $140K–$180K/yr
