Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support including travel organization, expense reporting, and meeting logistics for senior leaders and field sales teams. Serve as liaison between sales leadership and internal teams, coordinate cross-functional projects, manage scheduling conflicts, and handle incoming requests with prioritization and escalation.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Must demonstrate proactive problem-solving, strategic communication with executive-quality writing, adaptability in fast-changing environments, and collaborative mindset with ability to influence outcomes.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of executive assistant experience with preferred experience in fast-growth companies and familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce. Track record of supporting multiple executives and demonstrated ability to thrive in high-volume, dynamic environments.
