Skills & Tools: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven capacity to engage and motivate students and teams. Must demonstrate initiative, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: Valid driver's license with reliable transportation, ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks, and capacity to lift up to 45 lbs. Full-day availability required from 7 am to 4 pm on weekdays; no specific education or prior experience explicitly required.

Compensation: $30,000 – $35,000/year
