Your Daily Adventures
The Growth Marketing Manager is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for owning and scaling Skill Struck’s lead generation and outbound pipeline. You will design and optimize multi-channel campaigns, improve website and funnel performance, and partner closely with Sales to drive qualified opportunities.
You will lead:
- Lead generation across inbound and outbound channels
- HubSpot workflows, scoring, and lifecycle optimization
- Website improvements and conversion optimization
- Multi-touch outbound campaigns and state-targeted outreach
- Digital ad experiments to improve CAC and lead quality
- Customer advocacy content such as case studies and on-site videos
- Working with design to manage content requests
- Thought leadership initiatives
Your Qualities & Experience
- 2+ years of growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B lead-gen experience
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot (workflows, scoring, dashboards, reporting)
- Experience running multi-channel campaigns and digital ads
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate funnel metrics and improve performance
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Purpose-driven, self-motivated, and tenacious
