Summary
Lead a customer service team at BibliU's Campus Store in Abilene, Texas, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient store operations. This role involves overseeing cash register activities, managing inventory, and maintaining store displays.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and oversee cash register activities, assist customers in-store and by phone, maintain organized displays and stock levels, process inventory checks, and report trends and customer feedback to the supervisor. Handle special orders, price changes, and complete additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Tools: Retail or cashier experience with strong customer service focus, proficiency in cash handling and accurate transactions, attention to detail in record-keeping, and reliable work ethic with basic stockroom task competency.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail or cashier roles preferred.
Location: On-site at Cisco College, 717 Industrial Boulevard, Abilene, Texas 79602, United States
Compensation: $11.00/hour
