Summary
The Director of Infrastructure and Service Delivery provides strategic and operational leadership for Cecil College's technology infrastructure, unified communications, and IT Service Desk operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and customer-focused technology services that support the institution's mission.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee technology infrastructure and IT Service Desk operations, lead infrastructure modernization efforts, manage vendor-managed network and communications services, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion IT Service Management (ITSM) practices grounded in ITIL principles.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, IT Service Management (ITSM), project management methodologies, cybersecurity frameworks, and ITIL; demonstrated leadership capabilities and vendor management skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) with at least seven years of IT experience including three years in a leadership role; familiarity with ITIL and relevant compliance frameworks; certifications preferred.
Location: Hybrid in North East, Maryland, United States
Compensation: $90,000 – $93,000/year
