The ideal candidate will have a strong background in K-12 education core curriculum sales, an established education contact network in the region, and demonstrated procurement process experience at the district or school level.

Major Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets across Southern California
- Identify and engage potential clients to promote Imagine Learning's products and services
- Serve as a trusted advisor to district and school leaders, understanding the unique challenges of K–12 education and offering solutions that align with educational goals
- Manage multiple accounts while continuously prospecting for new opportunities
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase Imagine Learning's offerings to prospective buyers
- Compile and analyze data to find trends; stay current on company offerings and industry trends
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software
- Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a world class customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in K-12 education core curriculum sales
- An established education contact network in the region
- Ability to travel up to 75% within Southern California, including some overnight travel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent relationship building and networking capabilities
- Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task and meet demanding deadlines
- Knowledge of current digital trends/digital solutions in K-12 education
- Computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software (preferably experience with Salesforce)
- Live in the territory (LA County preferred)
- Valid Driver's License
- Bachelor's Degree
Compensation
- Base salary of $100,000-120,000, including a generous, uncapped commission plan
