Summary
The Director of Enterprise Performance Management designs and oversees implementation of performance management frameworks to enhance revenue and productivity across SEI business units while leading a team focused on analytics and value capture.
Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include establishing performance management frameworks, leading weekly performance summary meetings, preparing annual Capex budgets, maintaining growth initiative inventories, and overseeing measurement of investment impacts against targets.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include designing enterprise-level reporting frameworks, proficiency in financial metrics and forecasting, experience with Power BI dashboards, and strong communication and leadership abilities.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10-12 years of relevant work experience including leadership roles are preferred qualifications for this position.
Location: Hybrid in Herndon, Virginia, United States of America with occasional travel required
Compensation: $145,900 – $218,900/year
