Summary
Join BibliU as a Barista at South Plains College Campus to provide excellent customer service and prepare a variety of beverages in a dynamic café environment. This role is essential to delivering a welcoming and efficient experience for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including espresso-based drinks, take orders accurately, operate the till system, and handle cash/card transactions. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, adhere to food safety procedures, and work collaboratively with colleagues during peak periods.
Skills & Tools: Strong customer service and communication skills, cash handling ability, coffee preparation techniques, and proficiency in multitasking within a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanor and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Qualifications: Previous experience working in a café or similar setting is preferred, along with strong multitasking and communication abilities. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus.

Compensation: $9.00/hour
