Role Snapshot
Lead a team of solutions product marketers at Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) to drive go-to-market strategies and messaging for B2B SaaS offerings. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to maximize product impact and revenue across a growing AI-powered product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Build GTM strategies and solutions playbooks, create breakthrough messaging and positioning, partner with sales and product teams on integrated campaigns, and translate market insights into product development opportunities. Lead and grow a team of product marketers while managing multiple projects and driving revenue growth.
Skills & Tools: Strong storytelling and messaging abilities, expertise in go-to-market strategy, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS, enterprise solutions, and AI technology with proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with deep enterprise and solutions expertise, plus 3+ years building and coaching product marketing teams in high-growth environments. Preferred experience in multi-product portfolio marketing and familiarity with AI technology and enterprise software.

Compensation: $266Kβ$365K/yr
