Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $75,000 - $105,000.
As a Professional Learning Consultant, you are pivotal in supporting strategic district partners with the successful implementation and ongoing use of Edmentum’s suite of educational solutions. The ideal candidate will be a relationship-builder, a skilled facilitator, and a proactive collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Partner with district and school leaders to design and deliver impactful professional learning experiences aligned to Edmentum’s products and instructional goals
- Facilitate engaging, data-informed training sessions for administrators, instructional coaches, and teachers
- Coaching and supporting individually or in small groups with teachers to tailor professional learning that drives instructional practices in the classroom, using data from Edmentum products
- Partner with the CSM to serve as a trusted advisory team to district stakeholders supporting implementation of Edmentum products with fidelity and driving instructional outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success Managers, Sales, Professional Learning and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication, timelines, and documentation
- Continuously assess district needs and adapt professional learning plans to meet evolving goals and challenges
WHAT IS REQUIRED
- Maintain working knowledge of industry, market, and competitive landscape
- Fosters a culture of inclusion and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrates integrity, ethics, and a commitment to Edmentum’s mission and values
- Master’s degree in Education preferred
- 5+ years of combined experience delivering consulting services in an educational environment or leading education technology implementations
- Experience in a K-12 school, or district leadership role preferred
- Strong leadership skills, including a history of leadership responsibility in previous professional settings
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills to help districts overcome barriers and maximize outcomes
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels
- Strong listening and questioning skills to gain a strategic understanding of partner needs and challenges
- Proven competency in identifying value-based opportunities for district partners; advocating partners needs internally and externally
- Knowledge of current educational trends, research, and state-specific requirements
- Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proven effectiveness at leading professional development workshops
- Self-motivated, proactive individual who thrives on doing a job well, exhibits passion, enthusiasm, and a positive outlook
- Aptitude to stay current on industry and product trends and initiatives
- Confidence to identify and communicate implementation missteps with clients
- Ability to analyze client usage and performance data to make data-driven decisions
- Passion for driving change in education
- Experience using web conferencing software
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to support district partners and attend team events
