Role Snapshot
Education Program Coordinator at Tutor Me Education supports K-12 schools by managing tutoring program implementation, mentoring instructors, and ensuring student success through effective program delivery and performance coaching.
Key Responsibilities: Support multiple K-12 school sites, mentor and coach instructors on instructional practices, monitor program implementation including attendance and student progress, facilitate training and orientation, and collaborate with internal teams and school partners to drive educational effectiveness.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, understanding of K-12 pedagogies, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, excellent time management, and ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 2-3 years of experience in K-12 settings; supervisory and project management experience preferred.
Location: Long Beach, California
Compensation: $50K–$75K/yr
