Summary

Lead end-to-end discovery and validation for new product ideas at GoGuardian's New Products team, setting the learning agenda for identifying, testing, and scaling future product bets. Drive strategic decision-making through evidence-based experimentation and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities: Identify high-potential opportunity spaces, lead 6-week discovery-to-pilot cycles with real customers, define success metrics and Innovation Scorecards, and embed GTM validation into discovery processes. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into evidence-backed recommendations and partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to ship testable pilots.

Skills & Tools: Deep expertise in 0→1 product discovery, strategic thinking, ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, direct customer interaction, and evidence-driven decision-making. Strong capability to design experiments, manage ambiguity, and collaborate effectively with engineering, sales, marketing, and GTM teams.

Qualifications: 8–12+ years of product management experience with significant ownership of early-stage or 0→1 product initiatives and demonstrated success taking concepts from idea to validated learning or pilot. College degree preferred.

Compensation: $170,000 – $190,000/year
