Summary

Join BibliU as a Customer Service Manager at the Campus Store in Abilene, Texas, overseeing customer service interactions, cash register operations, and inventory management to ensure top-notch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in-store and over the phone, operate cash registers accurately, maintain organized merchandise displays, check in and price supplies, participate in inventory counts, and report trends and feedback to supervisors.
Skills & Tools: Experience in retail or cashier roles with strong customer service focus, proficiency in cash handling and transaction accuracy, attention to detail in record-keeping, and basic stockroom task competency.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior experience working in retail or cashier roles and a friendly, reliable, customer-focused attitude.
Location: Hybrid in Abilene, Texas, United States (Cisco College, 717 Industrial Boulevard, Abilene, Texas 79602)
Compensation: $11.00/hour
