Summary
D365 Business Analyst specializing in Supply Chain who drives strategic initiatives, delivers actionable insights, and implements automation solutions to improve organizational efficiency. This role focuses on high-impact projects collaborating with cross-functional teams to create measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to gather requirements and validate business needs aligned with operational goals. Provide day-to-day system support including troubleshooting, configuration assistance, and support for D365 upgrades and deployments.
Skills & Tools: Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, MS Excel, MS Word, and Power Platform knowledge. Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Qualifications: College diploma or degree in computer science or equivalent experience in information systems. Proven experience in troubleshooting and understanding organizational goals.
Location: Hybrid in Vernon Hills, Illinois, United States
Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000/year
