Summary
Mindex is seeking a collaborative UX Designer to join their remote team and create user-friendly software interfaces for enterprise applications. The role involves participating in the full design lifecycle from research and ideation through prototyping and high-fidelity UI design.
Key Responsibilities: Translate requirements into usable interfaces, create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, design enterprise applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and UX researchers. Contribute to complex design projects using design-thinking approaches and prepare digital assets for development implementation.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Figma, strong knowledge of UX design processes, information architecture, and interaction design with familiarity in UX research and content design. Strong collaboration, communication, and visual storytelling abilities with empathy for end users and openness to feedback.
Qualifications: 5+ years of professional design experience working on increasingly complex projects with a portfolio showcasing exceptional design and problem-solving methods. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, UX, Product, or related field preferred.
Location: Remote, United States
Compensation: $70,000 – $120,000/year
