Summary
Director of Product Management at Civitas Learning leading the evolution of the Student Impact Platform, with responsibility for defining product vision, strategy, and AI integration to help higher education institutions improve student outcomes and graduation rates.
Key Responsibilities: Define and articulate product vision aligned with strategic goals, champion AI capability integration into the platform, recruit and mentor a product team, oversee roadmap execution from conception through launch, and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other leaders.
Skills & Tools: Proven product management expertise with leadership experience in software and AI product development; exceptional strategic thinking, communication abilities, and capacity to build high-performing product teams with deep customer empathy and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications: 8+ years of software product management experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team, and demonstrated experience defining and launching data-intensive or AI-powered products. Preferred qualifications include EdTech or higher education SaaS experience and understanding of higher education systems and data infrastructure.
Location: United States
Compensation: $150K–$200K/yr
