Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end EdTech solutions including Learning Management Systems and Rostering platforms, leveraging modern cloud technologies and AI/ML capabilities. Coordinate with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Select and integrate appropriate technologies for customer-specific requirements, design comprehensive EdTech platform solutions, conduct architectural reviews to validate alignment and recommend corrections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in backend technologies (Java, NodeJS, Python, DotNet), frontend frameworks (ReactJS, Angular), SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tools, and application performance monitoring. Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI use cases, with familiarity in EdTech standards (LTI, QTI, xAPI, CMI5, SCORM) preferred.
Qualifications: 13+ years of experience in technology services with proven expertise in building scalable cloud solutions. EdTech domain experience is desirable; knowledge of mobile technologies and rostering standards is a plus.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹25,00,000 – ₹35,00,000/year based on senior solution architect title, 13+ years seniority, and Pune/India location.

Role Overview:
As a Sr. Solution Architect, you would be responsible for architecting end-to-end solutions that leverage latest technologies and modern development practices. You would also coordinate with the Sales team to provide scalable and high-performance solutions to cater Customer specific requirements.
Required Skills and Technologies:
- Strong knowledge of one of the backend technologies (Java, NodeJS, Python, DotNet, etc.)
- Knowledge of one of the frontend technologies (ReactJS, Angular, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases
- Experience with one of the Cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP or equivalent.
- Experience with preparing solutions leveraging AI / ML or Generative AI use cases.
- Knowledge of containerization like Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Prior experience in building scalable and high performant Cloud solutions
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools to ensure code quality, functional quality and productivity improvements
- Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools.
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of Mobile technologies
- Good to Have: Familiarity with EdTech standards such as LTI, QTI, xAPI, CMI5 and SCORM.
- Good to Have: Experience with Rostering standards like OneRoster, ClassLink, etc..
