Key Responsibilities: Lead a full-stack engineering team, provide technical guidance and mentorship, drive hiring pipelines, and develop engineering roadmaps while maintaining platform reliability and collaborating with product and data teams on architectural decisions.
Skills & Tools: Strong software engineering foundation with expertise in system design, Java, API frameworks, and frontend technologies. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and architect scalable systems with knowledge of generative AI applications.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of software development experience and 2+ years of engineering management experience, preferably with background in scalable systems and generative AI.
Location: California
Compensation: $158K–$198K/yr
