Summary
Senior Operations Manager at Lightspeed Technologies drives operational excellence and collaborates across teams to support the company's mission of improving classroom audio systems. This hands-on leadership role ensures effective execution of critical operations functions that support business objectives and overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational plans, lead Production, Service, and Procurement Teams, and oversee supply chain processes, inventory, quality control, and warehouse operations. Partner with executive leadership on growth and cost optimization initiatives, manage vendor relationships, optimize ERP/PLM systems, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Skills & Tools: Strong business acumen, analytical problem-solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven expertise in project and budget management. Requires vendor management proficiency, ERP systems optimization, supply chain planning, and demonstrated ability to lead teams through change management.
Qualifications: 8+ years of operations management experience and 5+ years in electronics manufacturing with a proven track record in team leadership and change management. Strong understanding of business principles, metrics, and the ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans.
Location: Hybrid in Tualatin, Oregon, United States
Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000/year
