Role Snapshot

Performance Marketing Lead to oversee and accelerate growth across Paid Social, Display, and Video channels at Superhuman (Grammarly). Manage a small team of channel specialists while driving hands-on strategy, execution, and data-driven creative testing to acquire and grow customers.

Key Responsibilities: Manage 2-3 channel specialists with coaching on strategy and career development while remaining hands-on in daily decisions. Lead performance strategy across Paid Social, Display, and YouTube; own mobile acquisition strategy; build data-driven creative testing framework; partner with Data Science, Product, and Creative teams on experiments and attribution improvements.
Skills & Tools: Deep expertise in Paid Social, Display, and Video across desktop and mobile platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in mobile measurement, attribution models (SKAN), app campaign optimization, and ability to connect creative performance to measurable outcomes; strong coaching and team development capabilities.
Qualifications: 6-8+ years of digital/performance marketing experience with proven track record in mobile acquisition and measurement. Demonstrated experience optimizing app campaigns, mobile inventory, and building creative testing frameworks with clear LTV/CAC and incrementality outcomes.
Location: United States
Compensation: $137K–$209K/yr
