Role Snapshot
Lead and coach project managers in the Audio/Visual industry while ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders for successful project completion. This role involves team development, process improvement, and direct project management support.
Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership, coaching, and support to project managers while resolving project issues and facilitating customer communication. Manage project delivery, conduct site visits, coordinate installations, handle change orders, and ensure project quality and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and understanding of project management principles. Experience with AV and technology systems, time management, and organizational skills are essential.
Qualifications: 4-6 years of project management experience with familiarity in AV and technology systems. PMP certification is preferred.
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Compensation: $115K–$130K/yr
