Role Snapshot
Join Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) as a Security Engineer to maintain user trust and enhance security across AI-driven products. This role bridges technical security implementation with business objectives while pioneering AI-assisted security solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Design secure-by-default architectures for developers, implement automated threat detection and AI-assisted code reviews, translate security requirements into actionable roadmaps, and balance security excellence with product innovation.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language, solid understanding of risk assessments and threat modeling, ability to think like an adversary and build mitigations, and interest in AI-driven security solutions.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience on a Security team, preferably in a SaaS company, with expertise in application, cloud, corporate, platform, or detection and response security domains. Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Location: Seattle, Washington
Compensation: $180K–$290K/yr
