Lead legal operations and optimize the legal tech stack at Eightfold by driving AI-driven process efficiency and strategic initiatives. Manage end-to-end legal systems integration while ensuring compliance and enabling seamless business-legal operations.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in contract management platforms (Linksquares), Salesforce integration, project management, and process engineering. Exceptional communication abilities, deep understanding of legal and compliance operations, and a builder mindset focused on removing operational roadblocks.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in legal operations, compliance support, or similar roles with proven project management capabilities. Demonstrated platform mastery with contract management tools and fluency in how legal/compliance functions operate within fast-paced tech environments.
