Summary

Program Support Coordinator at CITE California IT in Education provides administrative and operational support to enhance program efficiency and deliver exceptional customer service to K-12 technology professionals. This remote position reports to the Service Programs Manager and directly contributes to the effectiveness of designated programs.

Skills & Tools: Excellent organizational and project management abilities with strong time management techniques; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google applications (Docs, Sheets); strong English communication and professional writing skills.
Qualifications: Associate's degree in business administration or related field required, with bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may substitute for degree requirement. Must demonstrate understanding of organizational values, policies, and practices with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
Location: Remote from California, United States with required in-state travel to partner conferences and CITE Annual Conference
Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 / annually
