Summary
FP&A Manager role at BetterUp driving financial visibility and strategic decision-making across the organization. Partner with VP and C-level leaders to inform forecasting, planning, and resource allocation in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years FP&A experience in high-growth environments with advanced financial modeling capabilities, proficiency with FP&A systems and BI tools. Strong communication abilities, consultative approach, and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
Qualifications: Direct experience working with VP/C-level executives, deep understanding of SaaS metrics, experience with business model transitions and IPO readiness. Proven history of implementing automation in financial processes.
Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, United States; requires in-person collaboration at least 2 days per week (8 days per month)
Compensation: $129,000 – $180,000 / annually
